I’ve gone here twice now and both times were as smooth and easy as any car appointment could possibly be. The workers are very friendly and communicate consistently on the status of the vehicle. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a very disppointing experience with this auto repair shop. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straight forward repair after diagnostic testing was run. I return "3" different times believing each time one of the problems which was a oil leak would be fixed and the one year warranty offered in the beginning would be honored which did not happen. I paid a significant amount and wasn't offered any discount or refund for the problem not being resolved instead I was offered to go a different shop and that I should realize I have an older car. Based on my experience I would not recommend this repair shop. Thank you for your response. I stand by my review, which accurately reflects my personal experience with your company. My intention was not to misrepresent the situation but to share what I encountered as a customer and I took your advise went to a different shop and they resolved my problem.

Super efficient service - I needed my state inspection done & was able to book an appointment online, drop off & leave my key after hours using their drop box. Then the day of the appointment I got an automated text with a link to review the service write up & select what services I wanted (they included optional items with pricing (ie an oil change or other recommended servicing)) and I even was able to pay my bill online & have them leave my key in a coded lock box for pickup. If you’re a busy person & need to be able to get in/out quick I highly recommend them! They serviced a work vehicle for me in the past as well, the work was great & the people in the shop were friendly - so if you’re looking for an in person experience or doing pick up/drop off after hours, they seem wonderful on all fronts!

We can’t say enough great things about Broad Street Auto!! Always, the moment we walk in, we are treated like family; with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. They take the time to explain everything clearly—no pressure, no upselling, just straight answers and fair pricing. We called for them to look at a Tahoe we were considering, they said bring it in now, they knew right away want needed to be done and even checked blue book to see if a fair price!! We bought and they repaired immediately! The work is done quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle, but this team absolutely earns ours, every time.. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly shop, this is the one. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work and peace of mind!
